They were seeking candidates skilled in IT transformation, social housing management, organisational operations, business growth or customer services. Candidates also needed to demonstrate an understanding of refugee lived experience and have a proven ability to influence decision-making.

Selwood Housing were seeking two Board Members who could contribute to their vision. They were seeking candidates with skillsets with deep housing sector knowledge and finance.

The Managing Director would have senior leadership experience in a commercial recruitment environment and a track record of proactive financial decisions. Furthermore, they would be a strategic and analytical thinker, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to ensure efficient business operations.

Moon were instructed to assist Watts in sourcing a Fractional Managing Director to oversee all business operations and ensure a period of excellence on a short-term basis.
