Since our formation in June 2000, Moon has developed three core operating divisions — our core Executive Search model, our Charity Practice and our IT & Tech Practice. These three key divisions are all distinctive in their specialist approach but are joined by our underlying principles of fairness and equity.
Our Executive Search division is led by Vanessa Moon and Simon Quinn and oversees high-level board and strategic leadership appointments, including tactical board builds for growth and transformation. Campaigns typically cover all C-Suite roles as well as Non-Exec appointments with instructions taken both in the UK and Internationally. These search campaigns operate under Non-Disclosure Agreements and involve detailed research, covering roles which are created by new markets, new acquisitions and board changes. Our impressive client base includes FTSE, Listed Plc’s, PE & VC portfolio businesses and SME, Start-ups and owner-managed entities.
Our Charity Practice is led by Sandy Hinks who works closely with a range of Charitable Trusts, Community Interest Companies, Not-for-Profit organisations and Community Foundations, both in the South-West region and nationally. Sandy has extensive experience of headhunting for Chair roles, Trustees, and CEO/CFO roles, and has successfully helped countless charities within the region, building their Boards with high-quality candidates.
Our Technology and IT services division is led by Gemma Wilks, handling both technical and management roles across the UK’s tech industry. Experienced in working with SME’s right through to Global clients, Gemma sources the best talent with highly specific skillsets and cutting-edge technical knowledge, for support, implementation and leadership posts. Gemma has a fantastic track record of completing search and selection campaigns, including IT Project Managers, Solution Engineers, Software Consultants, Cloud Architects, Unified Communications Engineers, Senior Management, Account Management, and Team Lead roles as well as IT support (1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th line).
