I never set out to build just another Executive Search firm.
I started Moon because I believed there was a better, more personal way to connect leaders with opportunities and, in turn, connect businesses with the communities they serve.

As Moon was founded in June 2000, the Moon Team gathered this week to mark the moment. Our founding Directors Vanessa Moon and Brian Frost, and other members of the team shared their favourite memories and a few things we’re especially proud of from our time at Moon. The team presented Vanessa and Brian with a ceremonial plaque as we celebrated our journey together.

Hundreds of servicemen and women will march through the centre of Bristol next month - as the Royal Navy’s latest and largest warship is granted the Freedom of the City.
