We are seeking a CEO to lead the organisation into its next chapter. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining financial sustainability, and supporting a positive, values-led culture.

Seeking to appoint a new Chair of the Board of Trustees to provide strategic leadership, uphold strong governance, and work closely with the Chief Executive and Executive Team. You will need senior leadership experience in the not‑for‑profit sector, whether through executive roles, non‑executive positions, or significant voluntary involvement. You will bring strategic insight, sound judgement, and a collaborative leadership style.

For this role, we are keen to hear from individuals who bring energy, curiosity and a strong connection to Hammersmith,  whether through living locally, working in the borough, or having lived experience of the challenges faced by the community. You do not need previous Trustee experience; HUC provides a full induction, training and ongoing support.
