They are seeking a Commercial Contracts Director to further company growth and enhance their ongoing success. The successful candidate will review and negotiate commercial contracts across the business.  They will collaborate with the finance, operations and sales teams to produce commercially attractive and profitable contracts. Furthermore, they will analyse pricing strategies, research market trends and explore cost and commercial risk control drivers. The cornerstone of this role's success is the development of effective reporting mechanisms that convincingly showcase cost-effectiveness improvements.

As this is a newly created position, they seek an individual with a background in commercial management in a field service-based industry, such as building maintenance or hard facilities management. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of commercial risk, alongside a demonstrable track record of driving profitability, whilst maintaining exemplary relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. The successful individual will be required to travel throughout the UK - visiting the Head Office in Hungtington, Cambridgeshire as required.
