PROMISEworks has been working with Moon Executive Search to search for a high-calibre Trustee to help shape the future of the charity.
An established charity within the Somerset area, PROMISEworks is now preparing for a new period of growth.

After deliberation from the board, Andrew Holmes was chosen as the new trustee due to his impressive record of commercial success and his ability to encourage his teams to progress and grow, both together and as individuals.
PROMISEworks works with the most vulnerable children in Somerset that need support. With the help of a mentor these young people have a one to one relationship, who becomes sometimes the only positive and stable adult influence in what can be sometimes a chaotic life. Mentors from the charity will help the young people in many ways from their self-esteem and help raise their aspirations for the future.
