The client is a well-known high growth provider of bespoke Technology Solutions across the South and South West, with a multi sector client base, and at the front of cutting-edge IT, Cloud & Connectivity Technology.
The challenge
The client contacted Gemma Wilks, Executive Search Consultant at Moon Exec Search, as they were seeking four different IT Project Managers, they had worked with her on a previous search for a Product manager and were impressed with her clarity, focus and dedication.
These roles needed campaigns that gave them both market awareness and reach, and it meant for us at Moon there would be more in-depth search management as well as strategic advertising campaigns.
The roles each had different focuses:
Connectivity Project Manager, (ADSL, FTTC, FTTP, PWAN)
Two IT Technical Project Managers (Infrastructure, private and public cloud)
Senior Project Manager (Enterprise Infrastructure, Data Centre Migration)
The client was looking for very professional, very experienced Technical Project Managers, who had relevant and specific experience for each role. Armed with highly technical specifications, this was a very wide search to find the right candidate within the budgets for each of the roles.
