The Client:
The Head of Talent Acquisition for this London based IT Managed Service Provider reached out to the Moon Executive IT Practice as they were struggling to source software engineers to cover their London based clients.
Gemma – Wilks Head of IT Practice and her team were happy to help them out, and initially spent time with the client to ascertain why they had been unsuccessful previously. Offering more flexibility and hybrid working, along with broadening the geographical search meant the Moon team were able to provide them a comprehensive shortlist of suitable and relevant technical engineers, who had the right skillset, within the geographical area.
