The Green House is looking for an inspiring, values-led CEO to guide the charity into its next chapter. This highly respected organisation supports children, young people, and families affected by sexual abuse, focusing on specialist therapy, nature-based programs, and national advocacy. This role offers a unique balance of strategic leadership, compassion, and real-world impact.

 
 

As CEO, you will be the driving force behind the charity’s five-year strategy, End the Silence. You will champion the voices of survivors in all areas of work, from service design to national influence. Your day-to-day will involve building meaningful partnerships across sectors, nurturing a warm and reflective team, and ensuring their trauma-informed services remain world-class. You will also oversee The Green House’s financial health, ensuring they have the sustainable resources needed to expand their impact.

On behalf of The Green House, we are looking for a leader with senior experience in the charity, mental health, or social care sectors. You will have a grounded, emotionally intelligent leadership style and be committed to equity and anti-oppressive practice. A strong understanding of safeguarding and the funding landscape is essential. We welcome and value candidates with lived experience.
