 SLX is seeking a Financial Controller who can help reach more audiences and gain more global projects, while continuing to deliver great client services.

As Financial Controller, you will lead the financial strategy for SLX. Accountable for delivering comprehensive financial and performance insights, you will provide transparent leadership, helping drive informed decision-making across the company. You’ll spearhead all financial aspects of SLX's business strategy, ensuring timely reporting to the CEO, Board, and colleagues. Furthermore, you will champion robust financial systems and practices to maintain financial integrity and long-term resilience. 

SLX are seeking a skilled Financial Controller who can provide a clear structure, insightful analysis and effective leadership. Candidates should possess a CCAB accountancy qualification (or equivalent) and demonstrate experience in a variety of service-oriented industries such as events, hospitality, theatre, the arts, professional services, and technical support. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leading teams, proficiency in accounting systems (ideally Sage Line 50 and in-house stock management systems), and strong project management capabilities.
