Sales Director

  • Salary: £Competitive + Excellent Bonus.

Our client is a successful and well-established wholesale SME in the B2B sector, supplying commercial clients through direct manufacturing and specialist services. Their diverse client base includes blue-chip organisations and long-term commercial partners. Following a strategic review, they are now seeking to appoint a new Sales Director to lead all commercial activity and drive profitable growth across the business. 

Reporting to the Founder, the role will have full responsibility for shaping and delivering the sales strategy, overseeing key accounts, and managing the internal team. You will work across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition through to retention, and bring a hands-on, engaging leadership style to energise both operations and sales delivery.

The role also carries accountability for commercial performance, developing new business opportunities and contract wins to wider organisational decision-making, including pricing, margin management and customer experience.

We are keen to hear from experienced Sales Managers and Leaders seeking a board role, who can offer a blend of strategic oversight and practical delivery, ideally gained within SME or product-led environments. You’ll be a confident communicator, able to build trust internally and externally, and demonstrate a hands-on, team approach alongside a real affinity for long-term client engagement.
