Nuffield Health, the UK’s largest healthcare charity, is seeking an exceptional Product Director to lead the end‑to‑end redesign of its private hospital patient journey. This newly created role will shape the product vision across referral, booking, diagnostics, treatment and follow‑up, ensuring a seamless, commercially optimised experience for self‑pay and PMI patients. As part of a world‑class leadership team, you will drive consistency, digital innovation and operational excellence across a 37‑hospital estate, helping the organisation deliver outstanding patient care and achieve its strategic growth ambitions.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will own the product roadmap, champion patient and colleague insight, and lead cross‑functional delivery across Technology, Clinical, Operations, Data and Commercial teams. With responsibility for key outcomes such as enquiry‑to‑admission conversion, time‑to‑treat, NPS and theatre utilisation, you will play a pivotal role in transforming one of the UK’s most respected healthcare providers.

Person specification
Proven Product Owner or Senior Product Manager delivering complex digital products.
Experience with multi-channel patient or customer journeys in healthcare, private medical, or regulated consumer services.
Strong commercial acumen with experience driving conversion, retention, and LTV. Deep understanding of CRM, patient communications, and data driven journey improvement in clinical or healthcare settings.
Ability to lead cross-functional delivery involving technology, clinical, and operational teams. Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders and operational colleagues.
