Our business currently operates across three specialist divisions:
Executive Search – specialising in C-Suite, Chair and Non-Executive appointments for listed companies, private equity-backed businesses, family-owned organisations and high-growth start-ups across a broad range of sectors.
Charity Practice – trusted advisors to charities, not-for-profit organisations and the voluntary sector, recruiting for Chief Executive, Director, Trustee and Governor appointments.
Management Practice – delivering management-level recruitment solutions across multiple sectors.
As our business continues to grow, demand for our services now exceeds capacity and we are looking to appoint an additional Executive Search Consultant to join our Bristol-based team.
We are keen to hear from individuals with recruitment consultancy experience, as well as in-house recruiters seeking a more varied, retained search environment. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, highly organised and able to work proactively, demonstrating excellent attention to detail and strong relationship-building skills.
This role will support both UK and international client assignments. We offer a collaborative and engaging office environment, alongside hybrid working, with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays.
