The charity is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the next phase of strategic development. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the CEO will provide inspirational leadership across the organisation. They will ensure the delivery of high-quality care, financial sustainability, strong governance, and meaningful engagement with residents, families, staff, donors, regulators and the wider community.

As CEO, your responsibilities will include:

● Delivering the charity’s strategic goals in line with budgets and timeframes.

● Ensuring financial sustainability through effective fundraising, grant acquisition, and resource allocation.

● Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

● Leading operational teams effectively and efficiently.

● Fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

On behalf of Horsfall House, we are looking for candidates with senior leadership experience in the care sector or a closely aligned environment. You will bring a strong understanding of CQC requirements, proven financial acumen, and the ability to build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You will be an empowering leader who can motivate and develop teams and represent the charity externally. A genuine commitment to supporting older people with compassion, dignity and respect is essential.
