High-profile consultancy seeks Head of Operations
Key information:

Our client is a high-profile city centre-based consultancy involved in construction and infrastructure projects.
In this senior leadership role, you will manage key business operations, work with external clients and develop strategic partnerships. You will collaborate closely with the CEO, raising the business’s profile and expanding its sustainability and consultancy services across a mixed portfolio of clients in the public, private, and charity sectors.
The successful candidate will manage budgets and lead a small operational staff team. As such, we are seeking an individual who can foster a high-performing, collaborative culture, bringing their commercial acumen, relationship building and passion for continual improvement and growth to this ambitious business.
