Delt needed support to source several experienced IT Project Managers, to work with public sector clients across the Plymouth area. For these posts the Project Managers needed to bring a wealth of experience of managing IT Infrastructure projects, within the public sector, from POS through to BAU.
They immediately engaged with Gemma Wilks Head of the IT Practice at Moon Exec Search and she and her team set about identifying candidates for the brief. Gemma’s skill is not only in understanding the complexity of the brief, but her years in executive search give her the edge in knowing where to find relevant candidates.
