Bristol-based Non-profit seeks Head of People

This role is part or full time, flexible and hybrid.

An impactful non-profit in Bristol seeks a Head of People to join the senior leadership team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Executive, helping mould the company’s strategic direction. They will ensure the people and culture strategies are optimised to empower and support all employees. Other responsibilities of the role include providing expert HR guidance, building strong relationships and prioritising employee wellbeing.

The client hopes to hear from skilled HR professionals (Level 5 Human Resources Management Qualification minimum). The Head of People will have a passion for ongoing professional development, alongside a track record of cultivating progressive employee environments.
